This session will focus on understanding your menstrual cycle as a whole and how stress effects your menstrual health.

This session will look at optimising your pelvic health postnatally- this includes the anatomy and role of the pelvic floor, how to engage the pelvic floor, tips for optimising bladder and bowel emptying and a brief look at return to exercise postnatally.

​This session will cover all aspects of infant sleep, naps and night time settling.

This session will cover why feeding children can be stressful, signs of potential feeding issues and include strategies to make mealtimes with kids easier while helping them meet their nutritional needs.

This session will be a 30 min Mums online Fitness Class tailored specifically for pre & post natal Mamas.

This session will cover challenges of breastfeeding the older child (beyond 6 months) i.e. weaning, starting nursery, opinions of others, dental health, solid foods etc.
